GUY FAWKES

GUY FAWKES is a new British musical by Nick Butcher (music) and Michael Matus (book and lyrics), inspired by the explosive story of the man still held responsible for the Gunpowder Plot to assassinate the King of England.
In March 2015 we recorded a cast album featuring artists including Michael Xavier, Damien Humbley, Laura Pitt-Pulford, Joseph Shovelton and Carly Bawden. This was followed by a reading at RADA Studios starring Tom Burke as Guy Fawkes, Christopher Brandon as Robin Catesby and Laura Pitt-Pulford as Anne Vaux. The musical director was Chris Guard.
We will be running a two week workshop in the Autumn this year culminating in a script in hand performance on 5 November.
